EurUsd & DX

1.3090 on €$ but support from the RL seen below...a convincing break downwards and a retouch might be the foundation for an entry but we are quite over extended so i am unsure right now.
The DX also looks a tad tired and has struggled to take out 80.80...perhaps time for a RT?
